BareMinerals Mystery Box February 2013 Review

Hey Everybody!

I just got my very first BareMinerals Mystery Box! I never even knew that they had a mystery box until I got an e-mail from them one day and it was available for one day only. BareMinerals is my absolute favorite make-up. This was the very first type of make-up that I ever bought. My mom bought me my first starter kit when I was about 14 years old and I never changed to any other brand.

Pretty Amazing Lip Color in the colors "Bravado" and "Charisma".




Flawless Definition Volumizing Mascara




Multi-Wrinkle Repair




Pearl Mineral Veil




Eye Color in "Trophy Wife"

This color looks like a sparkly gold.




Liner Shadow in "For Real" (a forest green) and "Retro" (Black)




Glimpse in the colors "Real Deal" (dark green), "Mint" (light blue/green) and "Banana Smoothie" (yellowish)




Flawless Face Case

This was probably my favorite thing in my mystery box. It is a little travel case for my regular foundation. I could keep this in my purse or take it on vacation with me without making a huge mess!



I absolutely LOVED my mystery box. Even though I didn't put the the retail value up of each item, I know that the whole box was worth way more than what I paid. The mascara alone is worth $18 (almost half of what I paid) and the case is worth around $25. I have been wanting the pearl mineral veil for a very long time now too. I wish that they had more mystery boxes!

    Wow! I didn't know that BareMinerals had mystery boxes! I love the eye colors, especially the mint! I'm definitely going to look at these boxes when I get some money!

Diamond Candles vs Prize Candles

This week I'm trying a different type of post! Since I love subscription boxes, that means that I love surprises. So, of course I would love to try out surprise candles! I wanted to see which type of ring candle was better,  Diamond Candle  or  Prize Candle .  I got both candles in 2 different scents,  Prize Candle  was Blue Cypress and  Diamond Candle  was Be Mine (smells like wild berries, amber and roses). Each of the candles cost $25 a piece. Although,  Prize Candle  offers $10 your first purchase and  Diamond Candle  offers free shipping on orders $45 or more.  Inside both companies candles, there is a ring worth $10-$5,000.  First, the shipping. I ordered both candles the same night, within 15 minutes of each other.  Prize Candle  came 2 days before  Diamond Candle  did.
