When I started reading this book to my nieces and nephews, I kept thinking about how many big words there were in it. There were more b

So ever since I started getting back into my fast-paced, heavy weighted Crossfit classes again, I've been waking up in the mornings with a lot of muscle aches. This morning I even woke up with some shoulder muscle pains because we were working on pull-ups. Anyways, I am definitely an avid user of any sort of muscle relief creams that actually worked. I was super excited to see that  Noxicare  wanted me to try out their product and do a giveaway for my readers!  Noxicare is an all-natural pain reliever with only 7 ingredients! I couldn't believe that it only had 7 ingredients when I was reading the label. The great thing about Noxicare is that for one, it's all natural, greaseless and it has no odor. I've been using the same muscle reliever my entire life and I always had to be careful of the times that
