Bestowed December 2013 Review

Image
One of my all-time favorite nutrition boxes is Bestowed! They were nice enough to send me a review box so of course, I said yes. If you aren't familiar with Bestowed, it's a monthly subscription box that sends you an assortment of healthy snacks, beverages and more. One of my favorite things about Bestowed is that they send a lot of full-sized items!

Cost: $19/month

Keenwah Quinoa Clusters ($4)
This would make such a great snack! I've only had quinoa a couple of times and I liked it when I tried it. It's supposed to be a healthier alternative to rice.

Snikiddy Baked Fries ($0.76)
I, of course, had to open these up and try them right away. They tasted like a healthier alternative to cheetos. They aren't as greasy and they taste really good!

KIND Bar ($1.50)
Dark chocolate and Chili almond is a very interesting flavor taste... I'm up for trying anything though and I'm betting that it still tastes great!

Thai Red Curry Simmering Sauce ($4.07)
Oh man, they are lucky th…

It's curated by Giuliana Rancic with $120+ worth of items in Wellness, Health, Beauty and Fashion.

Icelandic Relief Eye Cream ($33.67)
Eye cream is one of my daily regimens so I know that this will be put to good use. It has 4 out of 5 stars on Amazon! I've been noticing some fine lines around my eyes lately so I'm trying to save my skin as much as possible lately!

NYX Love in Florence Eye Palette ($8.49)
I don't like this palette very much... For one, I don't wear purple eyeshadow because it looks horrible on me. I'm not a big fan of the NYX brand either. Although, they do make…

I get so excited whenever I see this pink foil bag sitting in my mailbox, because I know that it's my Ipsy Bag!  Ipsy Bag was actually my very first subscription service and I've loved it ever since. If you aren't familiar with Ipsy Bag, it's a monthly subscription service that sends out beauty items each month, based on your preferences.

Cost: $10/month

Eye Blender Brush ($27)
I cannot believe how nice this brush is (it's so expensive too!) I think that I spent $30 on my whole make up brush set. This is such a nice brush though. The design on the handle is so cool and the bristles are perfect. This has already become my new favorite eye brush.

NYX Lipstick ($4)
I really like this color of lipstick. It's more of a nude color so I'm probably going to wear it to work quite often. It's perfect for an everyday look.

Nicka Nail Polish ($5)
This is not my color at all. I like bright or pastel nail poli…

I received one of these a while back, I just can't remember which subscription box it was! These are so, so delicious though. It's a dark chocolate covered fortune cookie! Of course I already ate it as soon as I saw it in my box. I have nothing bad to say about these, they're delicious.

One of my absolute favorite pieces of decorations in my home, is fresh flowers. I love having flowers sitting in my home. They always make my home look welcoming, fresh and lively. Flowers can get pretty expensive though, that's why I was super excited to find out about a flower service called The BouqsThe Bouqs flowers are all only $40 (that includes shipping)! They have a wide range of flowers to choose from and every single one of them are beautiful. I had the hardest time trying to figure out which one I wanted!

Cost: $40

I ended up picking a bouquet called, "Rise n' Shine". Don't they look beautiful? The flowers even lasted a lot longer than any other bouquet that I have ever received. Every single one of my flowers came in perfect condition. I'm already planning on getting my mom a bouquet for Mother's Day from The Bouqs

Just got my very first Wantable box!! If you guys aren't familiar with Wantable, they are a monthly subscription box for women. Currently, they have 3 different styles of boxes. I decided to get the accessories box because I need to expand my accessories collection! They also have a make up box and an intimates box.

Cost: $36/month

Heart Ring
This isn't something that I would normally buy on my own but I like it because it's simple. I usually like to wear bright colors to make a statement but this ring is perfect to tone it down and simplify things.

Black Lace Headband
I was super excited to see this in my box!! I almost bought this exact same headband from Maurices. I decided not to get the one from Maurices though because I didn't want to spend $15 on one headband. This is so pretty though!! Since I have blond hair, this color is perfect to match with just about anything.

Chunky Statement Necklace
