Fabletics January 2014 Review + 50% Off Your First Subscription!

Image
One of my favorite things to buy is work out wear! When I heard about the subscription service,  Fabletics  and that you get 50% off your first purchase I just had to try it out!  Fabletics  is a monthly subscription service that lets you pick out a different workout outfit every month. They had SO many different outfits to choose from! I spent at least an hour trying to pick out the outfit that I wanted.  Cost: $50/month When you sign up, you get you first outfit 50% off so I ended up only spending $25 for my entire outfit! I picked out the Tranquil T. It came in the color, charcoal. I like it because it's lightweight, stylish and it has a longer back. I got all of my clothes a size too big because I like to have plenty of room in my workout gear! This shirt fits great and I love how it looks on me! I also picked out the Ende Leggings. I don't usually wear leggings when I workout but I like to wear them with a long dress or extra big sweater. These

Since I subscribed for the  Fair Ivy  duet subscription this month, I get 2 boxes from  Fair Ivy ! Since I got the jewelry box last week, this week should be surprise box. It could be anything that was homemade! Cost: $35/month Looks like the second surprise was some candy! To be more specific, they're goat milk caramels from a place called Bliss Farms. Of course I had to rip one open as soon as I saw them and they were pretty tasty. They were really sweet though so if you are interested in trying them you better have a sweet tooth!

Ipsy My Glam Bag January 2014 Review

Image
I'm always excited to see the pink foil package in my mailbox because that always means that my  Ipsy  bag is finally here!  Ipsy  was one of the first subscription services that I ever tried and I have loved it ever since. I've seen other people's reviews for this month and I was a little leery to see what I got because I wasn't too excited about anybody else's bag.  Cost: $10/month This month's themes was, "19 Reasons Why 2014 Will Be Amazing". On first look, I'm not a huge fan of this month's bag. It's just not my style and I've already noticed a dirt mark on it. I stay subscribed to  Ipsy  because while some months they have flops, other month's they have all amazing products. $10 is within my budget so I feel like I can afford some not so good month's.  Epica Hydrating Facial Cleanser  ($4.91) This hydrating facial cleanser is supposed to remove makeup while refreshing the skin. I'm all

Fair Ivy Duet Subscription Box #1 January 2014

Image
I've mentioned in previous posts that I am a HUGE fan of promoting small businesses, that's why I decided to go for the plunge and try out a subscription service called  Fair Ivy .  Fair Ivy  is a subscription service that sends out only handmade items.  Cost: $35/month I went for the Duet Subscription this month. The duet subscription is actually a 2 part subscription. Instead of getting everything in one package, you get 2 separate packages throughout the month. One of the packages has jewelry in it and the other is a variable item.  It looks like my first package was the jewelry package! I got this very beautiful necklace from a company called Just a Charm. It sits kind of high on the neck, I thought that it looked great with one of my white v-necks shirts. It's very beautiful and matches just about anything!

Birchbox January 2014 Review

Image
Whoot!! Guess what came in the mailbox yesterday? Yup!  Birchbox . I'm going to give you guys a little bit of a spoiler on how my review is going to go; this month's box was amazing! If you're new to the whole subscription box thing, I would highly recommend diving into  Birchbox  because they're mainly the original subscription box. It's a great way to introduce yourself to makeup products/subscription boxes and it's very affordable! Cost: $10/month This month's theme was starting over in 2014 and saying hello to a new you! This month's box even came with some motivational cards.  $3 off coupon for Burt's Bees hand lotion, I'm a huge fan of Burt's Bees but I don't think I'll be using this because I way way too much hand cream as it is.  Serge Normant Dry Conditioner  ($6.67) I've a huge fan of dry shampoo but I've never used dry conditioner before. From what I'm reading abo

Labato iPad Case Review

Image
Just recently, I was asked to do a review for a case company called  Labato . When I saw their products, I liked their style so I decided to try them out.  I got the blue iPad case with a magnetic cover. Currently, I have  Labato  cases on my iPad and iPhone. They are awesome! I've never had a problem with the  Labato  brand and their cases come in great styles.  When I ordered my iPad case, I also got a screen protector for my iPad. My iPad is pretty old so I like to take care of it. The  Labato  cases are high quality and they've protected my electronics exactly how I would want them to.  Even the box that my case came in was made of high quality! I love my  Labato  cases, they make my electronics look great and they protect them.  Disclaimer: All opinions are my own. I received this case for review purposes only.

Wantable Accessories January 2013 Review

I got my second  Wantable  box in the mail yesterday and I was completely surprised at how amazing it was! I was planning on unsubscribing after this month's box but it totally blew me away so I knew that I had to keep going to see what would be inside of next month's box! Cost: $36/month I actually got this month's box for free. Last month  Wantable  had a deal going on where new subscribers bought their first month then received the second month for free.   Accessory Street Scarf ($32) Accessory Street is actually a brand that is sold at Nordstrom. This scarf is so pretty! I'm already planning it with some of my outfits. It's very stylish and totally matches my style.  Earrings ($24) These earrings are absolutely gorgeous. One of the main things that I wanted in my  Wantable  box was earrings and I was so happy to see these in this month's box. The green color is stunning, I can see these becoming my new favorite earrin
