Ipsy MyGlam Bag October 2013 Review

My pink foil bag came in the mail last week, so you know what that means... My Ipsy bag came in!! It never gets old seeing that pink bag in my mail. Ipsy was my very first makeup subscription service and in my opinion, each month gets even better!

It looks like this month's theme was "The Art of Beauty"

Cost: $10/month

This month's bag was so full, all of my products didn't even fit inside of the makeup bag! I think that the design of the makeup bag this month is really cute, I love the saying that it has on it. I do not like that the bag is white though. They sent another white bag a couple of months ago and I am constantly washing it because it gets dirty. I already got this one dirty because I accidently dropped it :(

I use face cleanser cloths almost every night to remove a lot of my makeup, so I know that this pack will definitely get used up quick.

I have so much nail polish that I don't know what to do with LOL but I'm not complaining! I have always been bad at taking pictures of nail polish. In person, this color looks more like an emerald green, it's very pretty.

I have several tubes of Buxom lip gloss and I have no complaints about them. This is a really pretty color too, I like the more subtle colors for during the daytime.

Would you believe me if I told you that I don't even own a blow dryer? I don't like to put heat on my hair so I always let my hair air dry. I do need to get one for emergencies though. I'm not a fan of this brand but I have a feeling that I'm going to like this gel because my hair needs as much volume as possible!

A girl can never have enough lotion, right? I can't say that I've ever owned lotion that smells like lemons but I can't wait to try it! Do you know what this reminds me of? Do any of you guys remember that edible line of lotions that Jessica Simpson used to have years ago? That's what I thought of when I saw this! This stuff isn't edible though so don't try to eat it!!

Total Value: $22.49

Once again, I love my Ipsy bag! The value was over double the price I paid and definitely worth it.

  2. The lotion looks great. I also need something to volumize my hair. Let me know how that works out! Great review... thanks!

  3. Oooh you got the Buxom gloss. YAY! I hear great things about it but have never tried it. This month was a great bag all the way around. Thanks for sharing! (◕‿◕✿)

  4. My bag had nothing in common with yours. I like that they have a lot more variety lately. The Be Delectable lotion looks great though, and the lemon seems to be the scent most people wanted.

  5. I got the Blow Dry gel too and I never blow dry my hair. I was pretty disappointed. I will probably end up giving it to my sister. I think she might blow dry her hair... The be Delectable lotions are pretty great though!
