Intimint Mystery Box (ADULT CONTENT)

Image
I love getting subscription boxes and mystery boxes in my mail. I always have something to look forward to because I never know what is inside of these boxes. I signed up for this website called  Intimint  (Click link to go to the site). Intimint is a website for women. They sell panties, bras, lounge wear and sleep wear. I made my first purchase a couple of weeks ago and I bought the website's very first mystery box. The website description of the mystery box is that you will receive at least 4 pairs of panties, sometimes up to 10. Some boxes even include sleep wear or lounge ware. Two lucky boxes would even receive a $500 shopping spree for the website. When you buy the box, you choose from sizes small, medium or large. The cost of the box was $19.99. I didn't think that was a bad price at all considering the panties are usually $19.99 for 2 pairs of panties on the website and you are guaranteed at least 4 pairs of panties. Now for the good part, unveiling the box!

December 2012 Ipsy Bag

Image
This review is a little late but I am really excited to tell you guys all about what I got in my December 2012 Ipsy make-up bag! Ipsy is a subscription makeup bag that arrives at your doorstep once a month. Now before I signed up for Ipsy, I did a lot of research. I was looking for a monthly subscription bag that  allowed me to try new things at a reasonable price. Plus, I wanted the products in the bag to have more than 3 uses in them. The most popular thing that came up was Birchbox. I decided to go with Ipsy instead of Birchbox because I saw a lot of reviews where people were unhappy with Birchbox because they put such small samples in their boxes. Ipsy only puts full sized or deluxe samples in their bags. The price for Ipsy is $10 each month or if you buy a year subscription it is $110 (that's one month free!) Now for the unveiling of my  Ipsy  bag! The first item was powder eye-shadow by NYX. The color is called "Ultra Pearl Mania." I've never b

Discounts, Discounts, Discounts!

I've been counting all my pennies for the last few years now. Being a college student isn't any fun when you don't have any money. Your daily routine turns into this; sleep, eat, class, eat, class, work, homework and sleep again. At least that's what my life turned into when I started college a few years ago. While I was trying to discover new ways to save money, I found this website/phone app called  Groupon  (Click the link to sign up for their FREE website). Groupon is a free website that allows you to buy coupons/items at a significantly lower price than they really are. You have options to buy coupons for restaurants, stores, spa/hair services, items, home services and many more. I've used Groupon A LOT over the past year or so, and I'm pretty pleased with what they have to offer. A lot of the services that are on Groupon are for businesses in or around the city that you live in. My favorite thing to get off of Groupon are massage services from local

Living with a Siberian Husky--Tons of pictures!

Image
Ever heard of a Siberian Husky? Most people have, a lot of people even call them their favorite dog. I can proudly say, they are my favorite dog and I currently own one. The picture above is of Emma (top) and Rosie (bottom). My dog is Emma, the one on top. My sister has a Siberian Husky too, her name is Rosie. Rosie and Emma LOVE going on play dates together. All of the pictures I am going to put in this blog are pictures of Emma and Rosie as they grow up. David and Emma as a puppy (2 months old) Now for a little history about Siberian Huskies. Siberian Huskies started out in the cold country of Siberia (hence why they have so much fur). From the very beginning, Huskies were trained as sled dogs who carried supplies for long periods of time. In the early 1900's, the first Siberian Husky sled team was imported into the United States, in Alaska. While in Alaska, Huskies won many sled dog competitions. There was one particular run that made Siberian Huskies famous in the

Want to sell your old clothes? Poshmark.

If you have a bunch of clothes that you don't wear, then Poshmark is the best thing for you. Poshmark is an app on iPod, iPad and iPhone products. The app lets you post pictures of clothes, shoes, jewelry, etc. that you don't wear anymore. The items can be new with tags, new without tags and lightly worn (just don't try to post your old t-shirt with that pizza stain on it, I can promise you that nobody will buy it). Poshmark is a free application that you can get in the iTunes app store. As of right now, you cannot get the website on your computer. Unless, you have already signed up for an account on an iPad, iPod or iPhone. I signed up for Poshmark about a month and a half ago. Since then, I have sold over $3000 worth of stuff that I don't use anymore. I've sold shoes, jewelry, shirts, pants, sweaters, etc. The app is mostly geared towards women's and girl's/teen's items. Although, I have seen many people post men's and children's items. Th

Barkbox December 2012

Something that you all should know about me is that I love animals. I currently have 2 dogs; a 4 month old Yellow Labrador (Red) and a 1 1/2 year old Siberian Husky (Emma). I also have a 6 year old cat (Henry) and a betta fish (Blue) that just sits on my desk. I also have worked at a nationwide pet store for quite awhile, so I usually know what I'm talking about when it comes to animals. I always look for the best  products that I can get my pets. I signed up for a monthly subscription box called " Barkbox " a few months ago. The box is usually shipped to my home around the 15th of every month. All of the items that are in Barkbox are made in the USA, which is pretty important to me. I support small businesses more than anything and I love that Barkbox has items that I don't normally see in the grocery store. With Barkbox you have the option to choose if you have a small, medium or large dog. I chose the large dog box. There are 3 monthly subscription options as wel

Fall 2012 Cosmo Voxbox from Influenster

Okay, so I am pretty new to this whole blogging thing. If anybody has any comments, suggestions, etc. please let me hear them! I feel as if constructive criticism is the best type of criticism. If I'm boring you, let me know and I'll liven up the party a bit. Sound good? So what I want to accomplish with this blog is to review things with you. I could review a book, movie, item, subscription box, etc. My promise to you is that I will ALWAYS tell the truth. I've always been that person who tells it to you straight. No matter how much the truth hurts. Now, on to my first review. About 2 months ago, I actually signed up for this website where I can review products that I use. The website is called Influenster . Now what I didn't know at the time that I signed up, is that the Influenster company actually sends certain reviewers a box called Voxbox when they are specially chosen. About a month after I signed up, I was actually chosen to get the Fall 2012 Cosmo Voxbo
